Client Workflow
A client workflow for a motion graphic and animation
project should follow these steps:

Project plan
Set up a place to plan your project and include the script, ideas, inspiration, moodboards, storyboards, workflow checklist, and style frames.

Brief
Define the concept and goals of your project and list the deliverables, visual and animation references, creative direction, and style guide.

Brainstorming
Generate ideas for your project using mind maps, sketches, notes, etc.

Moodboard
Organize inspiration and references for your project using images, videos, colors, fonts, etc.

Storyboard
Visualize the sequence of your animation using sketches or images with annotations.

Style frames
Share visual concepts with your team or client using still images that show the look and feel of your animation.

Animation
Use software such as After Effects or Cinema 4D to create and edit your motion graphics and animations.

Pre-rendering
Save time by pre-rendering nested compositions into movies and replacing them with the rendered movies.

Feedback
Share your work with your client and get feedback on the animation quality, timing, transitions, etc.

Revision
Make changes to your animation based on the feedback and repeat the feedback revision cycle until the client is satisfied.

Delivery
Export your final animation in the required format and resolution and deliver it to your client.
Provides some tips on how to use software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Cinema 4D for motion graphic and animation projects. Some of the tips are:

Photoshop
Use Photoshop to create matte paintings, edit textures, design boards, stitch images together, create GIFs, layout cel animations, and rotoscope.

Illustrator
Use Illustrator to create vector elements, UX design, and type design.

After Effects
Use After Effects to create logo reveals, title animations, 3D compositing, motion tracking, VFX, kinetic typography, object removal, simulation effects, template creation, slideshow design, UX/UI design mockups, web design mockups, explainer videos, etc.

Cinema 4D
Use Cinema 4D to create 3D models, animations, and simulation effects.
